Kayla & Jordan

Kayla and Jordan’s story began in 2019 with a friendship that blossomed into a beautiful relationship. They met at work in West Palm Beach Florida, as two fellow workaholics. They shared the same passion, love, and unhealthy obsession for their work. What started as late nights in the office, turned into late night phone calls about topics ranging from office politics to their aspirations and life wishes. They quickly became one another’s support system, confidant, and best friend. A few years later and a leap of faith, they took a giant move across the country to Arizona together. Their love has continued to grow each and every day!

It never ever rains in Arizona, but their wedding day began with a morning shower. As the wedding tale says, a little bit of rain on your wedding day is a sign of good luck. It ended up being an absolutely stunning day in Scottsdale, with an even more gorgeous sunset.

Kayla and Jordan wanted a traditional, timeless wedding. The most important thing was to incorporate both their family and their faith. Their ceremony was held in the beautiful church that Jordan was raised in and where his parents also got married. Afterwards, their reception was held at Troon North Golf Club in North Scottsdale, where guests enjoyed a lively dance floor and late night bites and drinks.

Avoiding any trends, Kayla kept her vision clear - classic elegance paired with a black and white theme and gold accents. And of course her Sloan Gown complimented the theme in every way!

“I am a researcher by nature. So naturally when it came to planning my wedding I spent many hours on Pinterest and bridal blogs.
