Back in December of 2019, Tessa and Eli met for their first date at Lolita in Boston. They talked and launched all night until the restaurant had to close down. The day after, she texted her best friends “I just met my future husband!” It was truly love at first sight.

After two years of dating, Eli proposed at Bedell Winery on the North Fork of Long Island. All of the wine served at their wedding was sourced from Bedell, which was their special way to incorporate such a meaningful memory into their day!

Tessa and Eli tied the knot in his parent’s backyard in Norwich, Vermont with stunning views of the White Mountains. Not only did Eli grow up on the property where their wedding was held, but him and Tessa just recently purchased land to build their own home. It was the most special, intimate celebration with their immediate families, closest friends, and their rescue dog, Whisky.

Their design inspiration was clean, classic, and timeless. A sailcloth tent, wooden tables, and an amazing 1973 Volkswagen Westfalia Camper, “Penny Lane,” to serve as their bar. Their florist has a local farm in Vermont where she grew all of their florals, and Eli’s mom potted white mums to line their aisle. Eli’s cousin, Noah Kahan, sang their first dance song - Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran and their band got every single guest onto the dance floor throughout the night. It was a dream!
