Jessica & Alex

Back in their college days, both Jessica and Alex were on a leadership committee for Dance Marathon, a student run philanthropy that helps children with cancer. After trying to be “just friends” throughout school, they dated for seven years before getting engaged in the upper peninsula on the ‘Chapel Hoop Hike’ in 2021.

Jessica was set on an elegant, timeless, and vintage aesthetic for their wedding. They both fell in love with the uniqueness of The Van Dusen Mansion in Minneapolis, it was an immediate yes!

“I chose the Sienne gown because when I put it on, it felt very ‘me’. I loved how comfortable it was and easy to move/dance in, that was it was elegant and timeless (not trendy and something I would look back and dislike), and of course I felt beautiful in it. And it didn’t hurt that my now husband’s name is Alexander, felt like fate or something! ”
